I must admit that I was really looking forward to testing out the Razer Tiamat 7.1 headset because as far as features go, the Tiamat has the lot. TRUE 7.1 Surround Sound with 5 drivers per ear-cup, Noise-filtering microphone and a control box that puts all others to shame.

The sound is ok but the clarity can fell supressed and not give you a sense of sound surounding you at times. If you play pubg there ok but dont think the quality is high. The build quality is very cheap and wires are thin compared to other headsets that are cheaper.

Do not use with on board sound card with this headset, not very good sound quality at all. This is not due to the headset, it is due to the onboard sound cards themselves. Use a dedicated sound card for this headset!!

Sound quality for the mic is very good but the mic does seem a little cheaply made but if you don't use it keep it tucked in or if you do use it leave it pulled out; I believe if you are tucking it back into the headset a lot that is when it is likely to break

Good headphones real good sound. Mic is annoying to set up on pc and having the right distance from your mouth gets annoying but other than that they are good.
