Very enjoyable and quirky experiance while playing through. Never was a dull moment playing this and looks beatiful playing it. Would recommend to anyone to buy this.

I bought this game a month ago or longer and I haven't stopped playing it. Well not last week, as there was a hurricane and we lost power for a week. I would have gave it 5 stars for the awesome gameplay graphics and fun.

Ratchet & Clank is proof there's still a lot of mileage left in the 3D platformer genre. It's less of a reboot and more of a return to form, revitalizing and updating the franchise while simultaneously keeping its use of inventive weapons, alien worlds, and quirky attitude intact.

Story feels under-developed

This 'Ratchet and Clank' reboot/remake/reimaging/rewhatever is a must, even for vintage fans. The quality of the story and the writing has been amped up considerably, the levels received their own upgrade and feel fresh while retaining their old-time charm.

PlayStation has no mascot as such, not in the same way that Nintendo has. They tried to position a couple in PlayStation All Stars Battle Royale, but none of these ever caught on like Mario, Luigi, Link and the rest of the gang, characters that we all know and love, and that's a damn shame, because...

Insomniac Games's Ratchet & Clank has only one analogue in the recursive synergy sewer that is video games adapted from films adapted from video games: the wholly unremarkable motion-captured Street Fighter: The Movie .

This game is a remake of the first Ratchet and Clank game, to co-inside with the movie release, but without the silly difficulty (thank god.) It's so fun and yet will keep both adults and kids gripped, despite it's kiddish look.

Overall I was really surprised by Ratchet & Clank , which feels like an odd thing to say. For such a storied franchise, there was a lot that could go wrong with this release. Aside from the first three titles in the series, the Ratchet & Clank series had varied in quality over the past five or so...

An excellent remake, with exceptionally good graphics, that borrows just enough from the later games to keep things interesting for new fans and old.
