This was my first purchase from PBtech using my own account and bank account. The process was simple and the product was exactly what I was looking for. It arrived within a few days of ordering despite delays and the product was a good price for a great quality mouse. Only thing I would comment on is that even though it is a great silent mouse, my particular desk makes the very quiet clicks a little louder so you can hear the clicks but their much quieter than my old mouse.
