Keyboard is silent and keys are good. Mouse feels ergonomic

I needed a wireless keyboard and mouse to connect to a Windows laptop and a MacBook. If you own a MacBook you know that there are not many keyboards/mouse that can be used on these two different systems. You can find a few but they are usually quite expensive and they were about my budget. Additionally, in some cases you can find a keyboard without the mouse or vice versa. The first one sent had letters on the keyboard that were dead (2,w,d,c). After a hard time getting hold of anyone at PB Tech I eventually got a replacement issued. The new keyboard keeps not typing letters unless you stabbed the keyboard very hard with every letter. It also did multiples of the same letters i.e. "sssssss". It ends up with unintelligible sentences with multiple mistakes that then have to be manually corrected. I am no longer using it as it is (again) unusable and not worth the price or the hassle. Utter rubbish.
