Project CARS 2 Review

No need to shout

Career mode is excellent; Tonnes of content; Vastly improved handling

AI issues; Highway races feel out of place

Project CARS 2

It was so easy to love Project CARS. It was a great story of this little studio, which, via crowdfunding, started a small-scale project that grew in scale, and with its first attempt, gave giants like Gran Turismo and Forza Motorsport a run for their money.

SteamWorld Dig 2 Review

retains the original's addictive resource-gathering gameplay, but supplements it with a gorgeously detailed, handcrafted world. Its heady mix of exploration, combat, platforming, and puzzle solving, alongside an expansive set of abilities and mods gives it plenty of variety and a great gameplay...

Ya dig?

The first SteamWorld Dig was most notable for its unique blend of mining mechanics and Metroid -style exploration, but it ended right as it began to come into its own. Its sequel is twice as long and puts that added runtime to good use, as both the story and mechanics are given room to flourish.

Story is filled with charming characters and unexpected surprises; Stylish music and visual presentation; Digging is involved and rewards creative thinking; Mods feed into sense of progression and desire to experiment; Caves provide satisfying opportunities to exercise your understanding of the...

Project Cars 2 Review

Project Cars 2 is the second game of its name from Slightly Mad Studios, and is unique in offering such a wide variety of motorsports and vehicles across a host of different locations as an authentically simulated racing game.

Project Cars 2 Review – Firing on All Cylinders

When Slightly Mad Studios rolled out the original Project Cars in 2015 it was clear there was a new contender in the racing world. While it was certainly a good game, it was clear SMS aspired to greater things.

Improved handling; Lots of cars and tracks; Dynamic weather; Top notch visuals

Some AI issues; Rough edges

There's just something about motorsport that ignites a fire in some of us. Whether it's the roar of a beautifully tuned engine or if it's the bits of rubber spitting off the tyres, reminding you that you're attending a race in person – it's just a wonderful feeling.

A huge number of great tracks; Ferrari and Porsche are here; Plays exceptionally well using a steering wheel; The weather system is incredible

Playing the game using a PS4 controller can be troublesome, There are so, so many bugs; They need a can of Doom, Not n00b-friendly
