Disappointed

Arrived with no clasp to buckle the strap, and the box was dirty and damaged. It looked like a display model. Resulted in purchasing a 3rd party strap from another company to replace the damaged one due to the Process of refunding and exchanging being such an inconvenience.

Polar A370

The fairly priced Polar A370 isn't the most attractive fitness tracker, but it records training sessions and daily activities with aplomb.

Continuous and accurate heart rate monitoring; In-depth sleep analysis; Can create custom training programs; Waterproof; Competitively priced

No onboard GPS; Clunky design; Grainy screen

Polar A370 Review

The Polar A370 isn't particularly flashy, but it's good at what it does. It excels as a sports watch for training and tracking workouts, thanks in part to an accurate optical heart rate monitor. It tells you how different activities affect your body, whether you complete an easy recovery run or a cardio-intense fitness class. And sure, it offers all-day activity tracking and notifications from your phone for good measure. Yes, there are better and sleeker all-day fitness trackers out there, but not at the A370's price point ($149.95). If you're primarily looking for a sports watch to be your companion while training, it'll make you very happy. Design, Comfort, and Battery Life The Polar A370 is nearly identical in style to the device it replaces, the A360. Both are waterproof and have a rectangular face with a micro USB slot on the back for charging (hooray for non-proprietary chargers!). The A370 weighs the same, too, at 1.1 ounces for size S and 1.3 ounces for M/L. You can swap...

When it works it good

Unfortunately it is constantly losing the GPS link to my iPhone. That makes it next to useless as a running watch. It also will not sync on occasion, last time it was out for three days before finally syncing up.

All good

A370 was replacement for A360, which was lost whilst canyoning. V similar to previous model, a few extra features, most obvious being strap - simpler & looks stronger, hopefully!

Polar A370 review: Not worthy of your wrist

I had high hopes for the Polar A370. The Polar M430 is one of the best things I've ever put on my wrist . True, that's not an enormous list, but I have reviewed a lot of wearables, and the Polar M430 has passed the test of time.

The Polar Flow app is excellent; Micro-USB charging

Overpriced; considering its features; Questionable build quality; Unattractive design; No GPS

I'm a recent Polar convert. Ever since reviewing the M430 in October 2017 it has been a faithful companion on one wrist on race day. Aside from being a generally brilliant running companion, it also does a great job of highlighting when other wearables I'm reviewing aren't pulling their weight.
