I have used this chair for about 18 months for work and gaming (10–16 hours a day) and it is pretty comfortable. The main drawback for me is that the backrest is attached via plastic armrests, which started cracking on mine. Also I found the screws that attach the armrest to the base need tightening every couple of months or the backrest gets very loose. The upholstery is very good, and the build quality would be more than good enough for less frequent users or for kids or teens.

Nice Chair. Would be better if the back was adjustable. But overall nice chair for a nice price :)
