Plantronics Voyager Legend review
The last time we looked at a Plantronics Voyager headset it was the Plantronics Voyager Pro UC v2 , and though it was pricy we were seriously impressed with the quality. On the surface the Plantronics Voyager Legend - priced at £89.99/US$99.99 and TBC in Australia - looks a lot like its predecessor,...

Plantronics Voyager Legend Bluetooth Headset Review
My first Bluetooth headset sounded rather lousy, and it required a Bluetooth dongle be plugged into the phone itself since it did not have integrated BT. The headset also had a long boom that reached toward my mouth. It looked… dumb.
Pros:
- Comfortable
- 7 hours of talk time, 11 days of standby time
- BT 3.0
- Wideband audio
- A2DP streaming
- Multipoint
- Headset battery meter
- Battery case is great
- Sound quality is excellent
- A fantastic update to an already-impressive headset
Cons:
- Accessories add to the price fairly significantly (but IMO it is still a good deal

Plantronics Voyager Legend Headset 10126480 review
The $99.99 Plantronics Voyager Legend big boom microphone isn't for the fashion conscious but its superb call audio quality and comfortable fit make it an excellent buy.
Pros:
- Lighter and less bulky than other boom-style headsets
- the Plantronics Voyager Legend has superb audio quality and a well-crafted
- comfortable design.
Cons:
- The Plantronics Voyager Legend's big boom mic arm isn't compact
- Its ear tips don't form a tight audio seal.

It's hard to explain greatness
Even though I already have a built in microphone in my laptop and all I would really require is headphones, I find that if I actually have an external microphone then I can concentrate the sound into a specific area rather than just shouting into the air.

Plantronics Voyager Pro
Large headsets are usually a pain to wear, and we were ready for the Voyager Pro's large size to present a significant quantity of earache. Surprisingly, it didn't, with a very comfortable fit just with the supplied medium-size ear buds.
Pros:
- Good noise reduction
- Comfortable fit
Cons:
- Enormous retro design
- No A2DP support

Pushing the limits of headset technology, the Voyager PRO is the most advanced noise-canceling Bluetooth headset available. Two noise-canceling mics on a boom, AudioIQ2 technology with its adaptive 20-band equalizer, and three layers of WindSmart technology ensure that you hear every word and that...

Useful but not a good value
I bought this headset to work with my iPhone. I bought it on the salesperson's recommendation. I told him that I owned a Mustang and a Cavalier, both of which were loud cars and I needed something that had good noise cancellation and that I could turn up loud enough to hear over my cars engine/road...
Pros:
- Good noise cancellation
- comfortable
Cons:
- Battery runs out too quickly
- reliability issues

iOS Central Plantronics Voyager Pro
(2 items) A Bluetooth headset needs three things to be great: comfort, good audio quality and decent battery life. Plantronics' Voyager Pro hits it out of the ballpark on all counts.
Pros:
- Superb inbound and outbound call quality
- Impressive handling of calls in windy environments
Cons:
- Bulky design overall
- Some controls initially hard to find by feel
