Great headset

Just an overall great headset!

Works with desk phone; mobile phone & computer

If microphone/speaker levels are not properly set you may hear feedback in the earpiece on occasion; Even though this is a Con, this is nothing that can't be resolved as there are microphone/speaker gain knobs on the side of the headset which can easily be adjusted to correct the issue

The product arrived promptly in good condition, packaged well and worked once charged (and continues to do so). Very pleased my purchase.

This headset works great and I've found it to be very straightforward to set-up and use. I use it for my desk phone, PC, and mobile and the sound quality is fantastic on all three. Very comfortable to wear and looks and feels like a top-quality product. Service from ligo was flawless.
