Wish I listened to the reviews (DO NOT BUY)
My company purchased this for me as Plantronics usually has a good rep for quality. sadly the savi 445 falls short. From the day I received the headset there have been loud crackles that came from the earpiece when people talked to me. I had thought that this was just a volume level issue.

Long-awaited replacement works great
We ordered 2 of these to replace some Logitech headsets that we had already replaced with other Logitech headsets. The Logitech headsets never worked right so we were ready to have a product that finally worked. Well, we got it!

Good price, a little tight on the head. Needs bigger ear cuffs. Seems to have a lot of pressure on the ears. The distance is not 300 ft. More like 100.
