I tried out the RIG 400 Pro HC headset last night and all I can say is, "wow!" What an upgrade from my previous headset. I was delighted how easy it was to get going and immediately appreciated the comfortable fit and clearer audio.

I have had this headset for about a year now and it has been amazing. The sound quality in-game is good and it's lightweight construction makes it comfortable for hours on end. The only problem I've had with this headset is that the volume dial on the jack came loose after about 6 months of use, mic is pretty good and hasn't dropped in sound quality. Overall I would recommend this headset to anyone looking for good sound and an immersive gaming experience on a budget.

After less than 6 months, one of my drivers stopped working. What an absolute waste of money. Don't be fooled by the cheap buy in price.

I only just bought the headset today and i'm already having problems, for example mic doesn't even work properly and when it does it's really fuzzy

after 3 months the mic peice stopped working and when it does it is very fuzzy sound

got these thinking i was upgrading. nothing but issues. if you knock the volume dial thats on the input it will cut out the audio completely. not to mention the average mic. Don't get me started on the price. I will never purchase Plantronic again.
