About a year after I bought them, they still sound great and are holding up pretty well, except they've become quite creaky. I don't know if that's because I'm carrying them in a messenger bag every day to work, but it has started to become a bit unpleasant. I still recommend them though!

By far the best part of this package is the actual rig itself. I found it to be extremely useful to be able to quickly switch between gaming/movies to quickly picking up a call without needing to pull of my headset every time.

My requirements: decent music, participate in Web conferences, also use cell phone. Music: 4/5 - not the best, but for the cost pretty darn good. Web conferences: 5/5 - kills it. Great sound quality. Connect to phone: 5/5 - I've stopped using my land line.

The sound and mic quality on this headset can't be beat. My only issue is that the cable you plug it in with is very flimsy. I worry that one wrong move and it will break right in half.
