Overall, I think the Plantronics RIG headset is great value for money and I'd easily recommend it as a worthy addition to any gamer's accessory collection. It may have its issues and the instructions on setting it up may not be the most straightforward, but the result is fantastic once you've got it...

On the front of the mixer you have all of your controls. The dial handles all of this. The left side controls how much mobile audio you're getting whilst the right side controls the game chat. Your game sound is controlled on an outer right.

Plantronics RIG offers good sound quality for multiple devices, but cable clutter remains a concern. At its core, Plantronics RIG is a headset designed for gamers; the white and black plastic doesn't look like it comes from a particularly business-centric headset to speak of.
