My son was more than happy with both products he received however when we went and picked up both products from the Upper Hutt branch the headset were not in the box, instead it was a Xbox 1 controller.

I didn't expect much from this headset due to it being so cheap, however it has amazing audio quality, in games i can hear everythin

i love using this headset, i use it every day and it just feels right and good, the quality of this product is plastic but its really flexible that means its not gonna break

Had this headset for over a year now. Still like new. Pro's: Good sound quality / Removable mic / Fits me well / Decently thick cord incase accidentally tugged / Surprisingly resilient to being sat on / 90° headphone jack which is always a personal plus / Very comfortable, I often sleep with it to listening to music. I don't even feel it half the time. / Compared to other larger headsets, this doesnt make my head look big. Con's: Biggest issue, the mute switch does not actually mute, it only makes my mic audio quiet (may be my headset only, not sure) / When dropped or handled poorly it quickly falls apart like my last relationship, but the headset is easily put back together. All my friends have this headset and is certainly worth the reasonable price, especially when on sale.

I bought this a mouth ago and i am so happy that the sound is good

The mic worked pretty well for about a year. Then I couldn’t use the mute function properly. A couple months later the left ear stopped working. Overall it worked good for about a year and things started getting worse from there.
