Not so great
The earcups swivel, so unless your ears happen to lie flat against your head, the headset tends to slip off. I had to tape the cups to prevent them from turning. Sounds tinny.

Hear everything, same low quality as HW520V
My company provides HW520V headsets in our call center. Cubicles sit 3 feet away from each other side-by-side and 5 feet in front/behind so having clients hear background noise/talking through the mic when talking on the phone is a real big issue.

Good Product
Replacing an existing similar headset for the receptionist. The last one worked for 8 years. This one is just as good as good as the other one. Noise canceling is excellent. Great Quality!

Best Call Center Headset I Have Used!
I know feel like I get the full use out of my AVAYA phone system. The existing, company-provided Plantronics amplifier works well my new headset. I actually enjoy going to work again (LOL) now that I can hear my clients in total clarity, my voice is clearer (and louder), and it's completely...
Pros:
- It's sleek
- looks good on me
- the mic can be positioned for use on either side of your skull
- the mic swings out and up
- the noise-canceling actually works (this was a huge need in my work environment)
- and it sounds amazing.
Cons:
- NONE TO REPORT

Best headset!
Pros: I really like this headset. It's really comfortable and I can wear it all day. I have never had any complaints about the call quality (even though I work in a noisy office with lots of other people on the phone) and my sound is always super clear.

Plantronics HW301N Corded Headset
The bottom line is that these are the Rolls Royce of Call Centre headsets. Highly Recommend them to anyone that works 6+ hours a day on the phones…you get what you pay for basically!!!

HW301N Headset - Refurbished
We have purchased all of our headsets from Headsets Direct for the last 4 years and have been happy. This model is by far my favorite though.

Plantronics headset
Plantronics have always been one of the finest quality headsets, when I buy these I usually have no problems with them.

So lightweight!
I needed to replace the headset I had as it was broken (ear piece kept falling off). I was so glad when the replacement came in, and it sounds like it is better than the previous one. Thank you for making a good product.
