Love it but ....
I love my headset but for some reason, every once in a while, I get a vibration in my ear. I have not been able to find anything in my literature that came with it mentioning this problem. I have been too busy to call to find out why it is doing it.

My company has bought at least a dozen of these headsets. They have never given us any problems and work perfectly. The sound quality is great and the convenience and ease of use is awesome. I don't think headsets should cost this much money...

Plantronics CS540 Headset
Love it! Good sound and voice quality. Has a very good range. I get good reception anywhere in our building. Makes my work day much more comfortable.

We purchased these since our office floor uses wireless headsets for mobility. Having over 100 employees using headsets in the general vicinity of each other, we opted for the XD version. No issues yet!

Plantronics CS540 Wireless phone headset
Love this product but should not be sold without the handset lifter. The range is excellent but you cannot answer the phone from that far without the handset lifter. You have to manually take the phone off the hook to answer or make calls. Really should be sold only with the lifter.

Expensive, but worth it.
This is quite an expensive add on to a DECT home phone system, and was a bit of a gamble, but it has paid off. I can now carry on doing other things hands free, make a cup of tea and a sandwich, whilst making/taking long phone calls.
