Disappointing

Plantronics are renowned for quality and this product let's the brand down. Soud quality is good both receiving and broad casting, however the braided cable is uncomfortable, it's stiff and for some reason kinks.

Love these headphones - these are my second pair

Love these headphones - these are my second pair. First pair gave me almost three years of solid use both at the gym and on many runs - the longest a pair of sports headphones has ever lasted me. Never fell out, easy to use and a good sound.

Plantronics Backbeat FIT sports headset review

Plantronics is no strangers to Bluetooth headsets. Their lineup includes several wireless varieties, so the options within their offerings alone are impressive. Does their BackBeat FIT do the lineup justice, though? We go ears-on (on ears?) to find out whether or not this one is a winner or not.

TechnologyTell Review: Plantronics BackBeat FIT

When it comes to exercise, music is a driving force. Some studies have shown that people are less likely to commit to working out without music. However, not every set of headphones or earbuds are ideal when it comes to cords, sweat, and motion.

I've been checking out all the sports earphones this year in a bid to find the best. I took quite a shine to the over-ear BackBeat Fit model earlier this year, but Plantronics have come up with another in the BackBeat FIT range, the BackBeat 305s, with this model aimed at plugging into your ears.

Plantronics BackBeat FIT Headphones: Australian Review

Plenty of people listen to music when they're working out. But cords can get tangled, headbands can get twisted and earbuds can fall out. Fitness is the perfect application for a high-quality Bluetooth headset, and the Plantronics BackBeat FIT wants to be the pair of headphones you take running,...

Plantronics Backbeat Fit headphones are colourful with solid battery life and decent, if not spectacular audio quality. I don't feel any more fit after using them, though. Plantronics latest sports-centric headphones are the very brightly coloured Backbeat Fit Headphones.

Plantronics BackBeat FIT review: Hassle-free Bluetooth headset with some shortcomings

For anyone who runs with their phones or MP3 players tied around the arm, the cords of the earphones can be annoying to manage. There are wireless headsets, but the regular ones are not meant to tackle perspiration.

Plantronics BackBeat FIT 300

When it comes to fitness orientated Bluetooth headsets, there's always a bit of sacrifice to be made when it comes to sound quality. Many devices I've tested in the past suffered from this, and while you're out on the road or in the gym, you do get distracted enough not to worry about it.

Awesome sound; sweatproof design; good battery life

Clunky control box that messes with the fit

Get Moving with the BackBeat FIT 305 Wireless Sweat-Proof Sport Earbuds

I've previously reviewed each of the various generations of Plantronics' BackBeat GO wireless earbuds. When they announced the BackBeat FIT 305 Wireless Sweatproof Sport Earbuds, I was curious to see what Plantronics had done to make excellent wireless earbuds even better.

Comfortable; Great sounding; Good battery life; Water resistant

Nothing so far
