The Plantronics BackBeat Fit is an excellent, gym-friendly Bluetooth headphone pair that comes with a handy armband that can hold your phone while you run. It lacks a bit of low-end, but it doesn't distort, and lets just enough sound bleed through to maintain situational awareness.

Plantronics is no strangers to Bluetooth headsets. Their lineup includes several wireless varieties, so the options within their offerings alone are impressive. Does their BackBeat FIT do the lineup justice, though? We go ears-on (on ears?) to find out whether or not this one is a winner or not.

When it comes to exercise, music is a driving force. Some studies have shown that people are less likely to commit to working out without music. However, not every set of headphones or earbuds are ideal when it comes to cords, sweat, and motion.

So I bought this one 6 months ago as a replacement for another almost two hundred euros headphone, which broke immediately after I bought it because of a little contact with rain. Hoping that the FIT 500 would live up to its claim of being sweat-proof (also rainproof I hoped). And it did!

I really wanted to love these. The price was reasonable, they seemed durable, and they were not noise canceling (important to me since I wanted them for running outside). I'm not a headphone snob, but as other reviewers mentioned, the bass was a bit lacking.

Overall love them they give a nice crisp sound from highs to lows even at max volume, the Android Apps are Easy to use for what little config there is and has a app for lost headset sending a tone to them to find there location got them on a surprise sale for cheap and would defiantly buy again

Great headphones for running and working out. Sound quality is good and controls are easy to figure out. I lost my previous headphones and immediately re-ordered the same ones.

Had problems with it but plantronics replaced it quickly. Not as loud as I would like but ok. Design seems good but we'll have to see how well it stands up to sweat. Overall pretty happy. You really should download plantronics hub app.
