I love this. Per other reviews, have to measure flour with kitchen scales for good results. Dough should look more like breadcrumbs to be the right consistency for feed through. Easy to use. Quick to make. I got extra attachments for fettuccini and spirals. Simple to assemble and clean. I use this for pasta and for noodles. Recommend using a tiny little bit more water for wholemeal flour. Love that I can make high fibre & gluten free options easily. Can’t wait to try making rice noodle and ravioli or dumplings. So versatile we use it all the time. Playing around with it - adding spiralina, flax seed flour, beetroot juice etc. not cheap, but for us worth it. No pasta packaging etc.
