Absolutely brilliant. I wish the filter would last longer. It said 1month in the description but our started flashing after 2 weeks. Guess we drank 100 litres in 2 weeks... Otherwise a great buy. No regrets!

This is an awesome machine. It's a little pricey. But, this water station does everything that we need at home. It would be the perfect machine if it can make ice cube as well. It's very friendly machine & my kids loves this machine. They can easily get cold water on demand. Making tea or coffee is a breeze as you can select any temperatures that you like. It has replaced our kettle at home. No more putting the water jug into the fridge for cold water anymore. It's worth every dollar.

Faulty - Received it but it was faulty, there's a leakage on the water station.

Good and easy for use

I used this appliance for only 3 months and cause power tripping and now its not working. I still need to contract good guys on how to fix this if its possible to fix. It was good at first, you get instant hot water without waiting, cold water is fine its just limited you have to wait for few minutes to get more cold water, maybe 2-3 glasses.
