I had an unpleasant service with this shop. Retrospective:
-1 day. placed the order
- 7 days later. Not delivered.
emailed to request my order status. They replied that they had sent me an email the next day stating they ran out of the product, but I didn't have any emails in my box. They said I would have to wait for 2,5 weeks until they got another set. I opted for refund.
- 9 days later. Advised refund would be sent over weekend.
- 12 days later.Monday. No refund. Emailed. No reply
- 17 days later emailed again. No reply
- 22 days later, no refund. Emailed. Advised refund would be sent in 1-2 days.
- 24 days later. Refund received.
You will not find any ways of communication on the website apart from email. No contacts, no addresses. You can find what company runs this shop though, but not easily. I will not consider this shop next time.
By the way, placed the order on some other online shop based in US. It took 5 calendar days to get my order and it was 10% cheaper.
