Six months is use and still runs brilliant. Does require some weeks of practice to develop technique. A tank lasts for about 30 seconds and to refill tank takes five seconds. I use 2 or 3 tanks morning and mid-day and 4 or 5 tanks at bedtime for a total of 5 or 6 minutes use per day. Recharging overnight every 2nd day. Has noticeably more blast when fresh charged. Inside can develop a stale smell and therefore I now recharge with the tank removed. This product cleans teeth so well it can almost replace brushing .. although I still use a brush to distribute Pro-Relief toothpaste. I’ve been a daily user of floss/tape for more than 30 years and still use tape once a week to see if the water cleaner has missed anything .. it doesn’t. So a huge thank you to Mr Panasonic for bringing us such an excellent dental cleaner and thanks to Mr Norman for making this product available at a reasonable price.

the tank needs to be refilled 2-3 times per use but not too much hassle. Design could do with a tweak as the tip does tend to turn when using so I have to hold it with two hands so the jet is directed where I want it. Overall, I use most days, alternating with floss and have suggested to my son to buy one.

This product was a good choice. It works well, has simple controls and is easy to handle. Not too noisy. It takes a few days to learn how to use it effectively, and get used to the powerful water jet. I obtained usage advice from a dental hygenist, which was very helpful.

Does the job. Very happy with it. Makes my teeth feel really clean and healthy.

Had ours a few weeks. Comes with 2 heads so can share base unit between 2 people. More effective than I had expected. Yes it does take a few uses to work out best procedure but does a good job. Yes it runs out of water fast but it takes seconds to refill and ends up just as quick as flossing does anyway, but without making your gums sore.
