"Super-Panasonic"
Back in 2012, my husband decided that he wanted to watch more films and requested a blu-ray player for his birthday. This was the first blu-ray player we had ever owned and I chose this Panasonic (DMP BD75) based on previous positive experiences with the Panasonic brand.
Pros:
- Reliable
- easy to use
- excellent picture quality
Cons:
- This model no longer widely available

panasonic DMP-BD7 Blu-ray Player
this product was simple to install and very easy to use. it has all the appliances installed into itself that you could need from a Blue-ray DVD Player. I am very happy with this product .

Buyers would be better off saving a little money and buying a less expensive Samsung, Sony or Toshiba player.

Surprising disappointment
When it works, it produces great video both on DVD and Blu-Ray. The firmware issues, freezing, and very, very, very slow Network features (Netflix especially) make this a terror to use. I was expecting, at the very least, a functioning product even for an entry level blu-ray player from Panasonic.
Pros:
- Compact
Cons:
- Did not meet expectations
- Difficult to use
- Poor quality

- DLNA networking
- Supports Dolby TrueHD and DTS HD Master Audio
- New ultra-slim design
- USB port
- DivX HD and MKV support
- LED display
Cons:
- Lack of memory or Wi-Fi

Panasonic DMP-BD75
The Panasonic DMP-BD75 is a basic, entry-level Blu-ray player. This model isn't 3D compatible, but it can still be hooked up to a network or to the web for access to BD-Live content and DLNA connections.
Pros:
- Low power use
- Clear
- user-friendly menu
- Accurate image quality
Cons:
- More effort could have been made with the design
- Build and finish could be better
