I use this lens with GF2 camera. I'm not a pro and this is not a pro lens so i can't comment on image quality in every possibly situation. I shoot in day light, indoors and outdoors. Viewed images in friend's 3D tv. It may get more use if/when i get my own 3D tv.

You need to buy an entire Panasonic 3D TV system to see your results coming out of this lens. In other words it is useless, if you just to buy this lens put it on your GH2, shoot and try to see the 3d results.

I hope Panasonic will come up with a better 3D system.

I like to use this 3d lens for 3d picture. Good Construction and quality lens. 3d picture from lumix is sharp and good more than 3D Loreo lens. I can't not use VDO mode with 3D but I can use take 3d video by manual mode. I have 3d loreo lens and 3D lumix lens. I like quality picture from 3D lumix.

can only be used in bright light; presently does not support videos; for only a bit more can purchase a dedicated 3D camera from Fujifilm that produces better stills and video as well

This lens DOES NOT DO AS IT CLAIMS to do. It will not work with all Panasonic Lumix Micro G systems. I have recently bought it for my wife's G10 and it will not work. We have been in touch with Panasonic and they have looked into it and have apologised.
