The package is not retail box. It comes with black box. I don't know it is new or used. There is no documents, no registration card, no warranty info. no driver CD. It comes with one dongle not 4. Amazon doesn't say it is not retail box, and doesn't say the package doesn't include all it should.

Great for my budget CAD workstation.

Works as expected, Windows 10. I had a minor problem during installation--I did not see the VGA connection at the end of the card. The card recognized my error and sent the error message to the monitor.
