I was optimistic, because this was small and I was just starting out making small things anyway. Unfortunately it barely got any mileage before the needle started getting stuck, and I discovered that bobbin case was, despite being painted metal, made of plastic. The needle was getting stuck as it was making grooves in the side of this every few stitches, making it completely useless. It was really disappointing, because this looked like it was going to be perfect for my needs, but it just ended up being a waste of money.

Just the right size to teach little ones to sew.

The bobbin casing timing is not in synch with the needle so it wont acually work sadly.

Cute little machine, very good for beginners. Have been using for several months now and had hardly any issues. It has a little difficulty with slippery fabrics even when using the right needle type, and the screw to change the needles was so tight at first I needed pliers haha! But overall it is a hardy little thing that does its best, definitely worth the price!
