I purchased the iPhone 12 Pro Max Symmetry Series Clear Case in the Wallflower design. Delicate gold colored floral scrollwork. I have a white phone and this case looks very nice without being over the top. As other reviewers have stated, it is a little difficult to put on at first, just follow the instructions in some other reviews. Has a nice tight fit so it won't pop off. It actually makes the phone easier hold (it was rather slippery before), protects the camera when you lay it down, which was the primary reason I purchase a case. I am very pleased with this case purchase and I have the added protection of being a strong case by Otterbox!

I love everything about this case EXCEPT from the moment I put it on, the bottom volume button has absolutely zero click to it. When pushing it, you can't even tell whether or not you're turning the volume down. It does not have the same clickyness at all compared to the power button or even the volume up button. Super disappointed in this and don't know if I got a faulty case or what. None of my other cases do this, and I've even taken this one off and put it back on a few times to see if it was in the wrong position somehow. Nothing I do fixes this. Other than that, I do love this case. Just wish that button would work the way it's supposed to.

I bought this product two months ago, expecting a crystal clear transparent case as advertised on the box. This product was quite the let down. Not even two months in the case started showing extreme discolouration, becoming dark yellow and brown. I barely used this case and when asking for a an explanation, I got some lame excuses about UV radiation and how the issue was out of their hands and there was no warranty despite barely using this product. The case protects as it does, but it looks ugly and don’t get fooled by the “crystal clear” advertising on the box. Not worth your Money

I was skeptical first but I wanted a clear case to show the beauty of the golden iPhone Pro Max 12 , when I received it it felt well made and good material, I read about problems in the positioning of the side buttons so that was the first thing I looked at, and sure enough IT WAS PERFECT, to the specks, and it fits the phone like glove, on a side note , use a credit card to slide the corners and eventually the case on the phone so you do not struggle getting it to fit , once it is there that is it enjoy it…!!!!! I recommend it highly.

I bought this case on release date for my iPhone 12 Pro Max and it is fantastic. I hade the same case on my Note 10+ and I could throw it across the room without worry. The only downside is that the soft rubber yellows quite quickly, but it's an okay tradeoff for the protection you can expect from Otterbox.
