OnePlus 6T 6GB 128GB

The OnePlus 6T gets lots of plus marks for bringing us a whole lot of cool features!

Super-fast sensor

The in-display fingerprint sensor is, according to OnePlus, the fastest in-display reader in the industry with an unlock time of approximately .34 seconds. That's blink of an eye stuff!

An amazing display for the money: The display on the OnePlus 6T rivals those on more expensive phones thanks to an expansive 6.4-inch AMOLED (2340 x 1080) panel and a less obtrusive dewdrop notch. The slimmer camera cut-out is another smart design idea that makes the display feel almost edge-to-edge.

Cameras to smile about

OnePlus has made all sorts of improvements to their cameras including enhanced HDR and portrait modes and new studio lighting modes that recognize faces and simulate studio-quality lighting. The new Night photography feature is also worthy of mention, giving great results in low light.

Inside information

Inside the OnePlus 6T is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset, with 6GB or 8GB of RAM depending on the model, and 128GB or 256GB of internal storage. On the software side of things, the new Smart Boost mode stores app data in memory to improve cold boot times. This means much faster app launch times, with an improvement of up to 25%, depending on the app.

A plus-sized battery

The OnePlus 6T features a big and powerful 3,700mAh battery and fast-charging also makes a return, so you quickly top up your phone when the battery finally starts to run a little low.

OnePlus 6T: Tasteful, powerful – and much cheaper than a flagship

Review What if Huawei used OnePlus's Oxygen UI , I found myself musing recently. Wouldn't it be the perfect package Huawei's amazing RF performance, and bleeding-edge tech, with a UI that didn't actually suck

OnePlus 6T Review

The OnePlus 6T is the previous flagship model from mid-range manufacturer, OnePlus. Announced in November 2018, it follows on from the OnePlus 6 which was launched in May 2018. Some of the upgrades to the phone are relatively minor, being a bridging point between the older model and the recently...

Not a patch on their previous offerings

I bought a Oneplus 3T a while back and it was, without a doubt, the best phone I have ever bought. Unfortunately, I feel that OnePlus have taken their eye off the ball on this 6T model. Let's face it, it's still a really good phone, but the reasons that made me a fan - i.e.

OnePlus 6T – Review

If you are looking to get 99.5% of a top flagship device for 50% of the price, well the OnePlus 6T is the phone for you. Admittedly, with a full glass design I expected wireless charging to be present, but it is difficult to find any other faults with this phone.

OnePlus continues to deliver great hardware and software features with the 6T. However,a sluggish in-display fingerprint reader and the controversial decision to remove the headphone jack might give you pause. The 6T would have otherwise been a fitting successor to the highly praised 6.

Have had a Galaxy S8 before this and several iPhones before that. This phone is much better for me than the Samsung, much better battery and more thoughtful overall. Very nice and solid hardware, it has matte black. iPhone is too expensive compared to what you get nowadays.

OnePlus 6T Is Still the Best No-Compromise Affordable Phone

Intelligent scene recognition detects what's in the frame and adjusts the brightness, contrast, saturation, and more to help you create the perfect image. OxygenOS is our answer to stock Android, refining the parts that work and filling in the blanks.

Fast; Plenty of RAM; Large, bright screen; Solid build; OxygenOS does a great job of letting you customize your phone; Include 3.5mm to USB-C adapter

Nothing; This is a great phone at a great price
