OnePlus 3 64GB

Oneplus 3 is a powerful phone at a very attractive price point. Smartphones listed on PriceMe with comparable features and specs typically cost a lot more and manufactures like Samsung, Sony and LG better take note.

Oneplus 3 comes with an aluminium case in a unibody design that enhances durability. It's powered by the latest Snapdragon 820 processor and is equipped with 6 GB of RAM memory.

The back camera has a resolution of 16 MP with optical image stabilisation, phase detecting autofocus and f/2.0 aperture. It records video in 4K resolution and 30 frames per second. The lower HD resolution captures 120 images per second. Image enhancing techniques like auto-HDR and noise reduction create crisp images under different light conditions.

The battery has a whopping 3,000 mAh. One of the most impressive features is the super fast Dash charge. About 60% of the battery can be charged in 30 minutes. Dash charge is developed by VOOC, which is a company related company to Oneplus. Please note that it's only Dash charge from VOOC that offers super fast charging.

OnePlus released the successor Oneplus 3T in November 2016.

OnePlus 3 in-depth review - Three is the magic number

Have you heard of OnePlus? No? It is time you did. Not available in stores, it can be bought online only and if you like value for money and great specs in your phone, then this is the one you need.

Reasonably priced; Beautiful build quality; AMOLED screen; turbo charger in box

No expandable storage; Camera isn't great

OnePlus 3 review: The flagship killer we've been waiting for

In previous years, OnePlus hasn't been shy about pitching its mid-price phones as "flagship killers". To call the company self-assured would be something of an understatement, but this year's launch of the OnePlus 3 seemed a little more subdued. Perhaps uncharacteristically so.

Bright and colourful AMOLED display; speedy performance; super quick charging; build quality is great

No expandable storage; camera not as good as its claims

OnePlus 3 review

Although let down by a few niggles, this is still a superlative smartphone that shows some of the big household names how it's done

Classy looks; Well-made; Bright screen; Fast; Do not disturb switch; Fast and accurate fingerprint reader; Tasteful and useful official cases; Very reasonable price

Odd screen issues; Not all of the 6GB of RAM is available for use; Merely okay low light photography

OnePlus 3 review

The OnePlus 3 is a big brilliant bargain of a phone that looks and feels as good as a £600 mobile, but costs half the price

Fantastic value; Gorgeous design; Good camera; Loads of storage

Non-expandable memory; Camera bested by; well; the best

The term 'flagship killer' is thrown around far too much, but the OnePlus 3 is a genuine contender. Doing it at this price could even see it become the new pin-up to be toppled. Powerful, pretty and handsomely priced, what's not to like?

Outstanding specs; Price; Fast charging

Display lacks the pin-sharp resolution we're used to; Rear camera sticks out too far; Not waterproof

OnePlus 3 review

Update : OnePlus has confirmed that the OnePlus 3 will get Android O before the end of the year. But if you want an even bigger upgrade you're in luck, because the OnePlus 5 is now available. Third time's a charm, right?

OnePlus 3 review: a true flagship phone with style and power

The OnePlus 3 is almost perfect by not scrimping on style or substance

Stylish; powerful handset with little bloatware and great battery life

Bezel is too thin and the 'smiling selfie' feature feels gimmicky

OnePlus 3

OnePlus has replaced its OnePlus 3 with the 3T, a souped up model with a faster CPU and an updated selfie camera. Read our OnePlus 3T review for the full lowdown The first thing I did with the OnePlus 3 was stick it in a case: I didn't want a repeat of the mess I made of the metal-backed HTC One M8,...

High-quality build; Very good heat handling; Excellent value; Solid camera

Inconsistent battery life doesn't impress day-to-day; Innaccurate display colours

OnePlus 3 – Review

OnePlus seem to have been in the news quite a lot recently, and this time it seems to be for all the right reasons. No over the top, morally and ethically questionable campaigns or events this time.
