OnePlus 3 64GB

Oneplus 3 is a powerful phone at a very attractive price point. Smartphones listed on PriceMe with comparable features and specs typically cost a lot more and manufactures like Samsung, Sony and LG better take note.

Oneplus 3 comes with an aluminium case in a unibody design that enhances durability. It's powered by the latest Snapdragon 820 processor and is equipped with 6 GB of RAM memory.

The back camera has a resolution of 16 MP with optical image stabilisation, phase detecting autofocus and f/2.0 aperture. It records video in 4K resolution and 30 frames per second. The lower HD resolution captures 120 images per second. Image enhancing techniques like auto-HDR and noise reduction create crisp images under different light conditions.

The battery has a whopping 3,000 mAh. One of the most impressive features is the super fast Dash charge. About 60% of the battery can be charged in 30 minutes. Dash charge is developed by VOOC, which is a company related company to Oneplus. Please note that it's only Dash charge from VOOC that offers super fast charging.

OnePlus released the successor Oneplus 3T in November 2016.

OnePlus 3 Smartphone Review

The OnePlus 3 is a successful smartphone that not only offers a solid configuration, but also looks good and is well-built. It features a fast Snapdragon 820, very generous 6 GB of working memory, a fingerprint scanner, dual-SIM, long-awaited NFC, a decent camera and Quick Charge - and all this for...

build; high performance without throttling; decent camera; fast storage device; fast WiFi; dual-SIM; USB Type-C; notification slider; decent screen; generous internal storage; decent call quality and noise suppression; Quick Charge

LTE Cat; 6 only, regionally varying band connectivity, non-expandable storage, no radio, no infrared, noise-laden speaker, useless sRGB mode

Review: OnePlus 3

"What phone should I get?" is not a question I hear as often as I used to. Most people have long since committed to an iPhone or a Galaxy, and anyone with a Nexus doesn't need my help. But a friend had just shattered his Moto G screen and wanted a cheap, good-enough Android phone.

A great price for the premium specs and build; Customizations abound; No more invites

Tends to overheat; The pre-applied screen protector is thoughtful but distracting; The budget phone field has gotten a lot more crowded

OnePlus 3 review: going mainstream

OnePlus has come a long way since the OnePlus One was released a little more than two years ago. Watching the trajectory of this Chinese startup is like seeing a child celebrity grow up, shaking off the demands of fame and maturing.

High performance; Premium design; Hard-to-beat value; Dash Charge is fast

Smaller battery than OnePlus 2; Underwhelming display; No microSD support

OnePlus 3 Review

2016 Flagship Killer. That's the tagline that OnePlus used for the 2015 OnePlus 2 , a claim that in hindsight seems ridiculous. Sure, the OnePlus 2 was a decent smartphone for the price, but it wasn't the best phone of last year, let alone this year.

Excellent value; Fantastic metal unibody build; Impressive Snapdragon 820 and storage performance; Great 16-megapixel camera with OIS; Runs stock Android

Limited quick charging support

OnePlus 3 review: lessons learned

Carl Pei wants you to believe in OnePlus. It's been three years since this 26-year-old co-founded the company, and as he's talking to me, the OnePlus 3, the company's latest flagship, is due to arrive in less than a week.

Great build quality; Fast performance; Bright; sharp display

Doesn't work on Verizon or Sprint; No SD card expansion; Quick charging limited to included cable and power brick

OnePlus 3 review: Third time's the charm with this supercharged, unlocked flagship

If you're tired of Samsung, the OnePlus 3 is a worthy 5.5-inch flagship that's sold unlocked.

Long battery life will get you through a day's worth of work or play; 6GB of RAM is more than enough to power your way through games and apps; Thin,...

No wireless charging; It's not currently compatible with Verizon Wireless

Review: OnePlus 3 is a flagship phone for careful spenders

OnePlus doesn't sponsor sports leagues or run ads in the subway or on the Super Bowl or put kiosks in big-box stores. That may be a big reason that the OnePlus 3 sells for half the price of its competition. It sure isn't because there's anything wrong with the phone. Go ahead: Dare to spend less.

Inexpensive for a flagship phone; fast charging; flexible Android overlay; good amount of RAM and storage

Low-light camera performance; comparatively low screen resolution; no SD card slot

OnePlus 3 Review

No phone gives you more for the money than the stunning OnePlus 3.

Superb value; no invitation; Beautiful metal body; Fast processor; 6GB of RAM; Fast charging; Camera takes great photos; Bright AMOLED screen

Not all 6GB of RAM is utilized all the time; No MicroSD card slot; Battery life isn't that long
