If you've played PW1 or PW2, you know that this is a musou game. Which basically translates to beating up tons of enemies with the cast of One Piece.

What happens when you take a franchise with unbelievably repetitive gameplay and shoehorn in a perennially popular manga/anime? You get One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 – a repetitive game featuring a classic anime story and characters. I'll get this off my chest right away: anime isn't my thing.

Of all the ways to experience One Piece - a daunting task, considering how much of it there is - Pirate Warriors 3 isn't a bad choice. It does its source material justice, and the heavily condensed canon story is as fun to experience as ever.

One Piece is one of those unusual types of animés that people either love or hate, but chances are the first thought in everyone's mind when they see it is "What the hell" While I don't follow the series religiously, I'm familiar with the wacky characters and basic story. Monkey D.

The summary says it all really, play as your favourite One Piece characters in a dynasty warriors style adventure. Free play modes to enjoy all the major cast (37 or so playable characters) and also a great way to get through the 700 or so current episodes as a reminder for fans, or possibly enough...

Good game. I'm glad it went away from the last one piece game. Great character selection could be more characters obviously but all in all good game for your beat em fans
