It's usless without the TCV i ordered to go with it and you good' guys neglected to advise that stock was not even in the warehouse. Some 9 weeks later - after I contacted you twice for update - I'm told I hve to wait another 2 weeks.! Unbelievable.

I can't fault much at all it looks and moves great. The only thing the screws we needed for our TV weren't supplied.
