Was happy with the unit - do what it says except Rewind and Fast Foward learn functions are not working. Support was great but still unresolved

Unable to work with our DVD and sound system, was advised was compatible but it was only when we got it home and tried it, discovered would not work.

Set up and easy to use . Saves having seperate remotes on the side..

Let down by learn issue: unable to learn stb rewind/ffwd/play/stop button. Disappointing but otherwise rest working wel
