I love the oven it does everything I want and then some but I dont recommend using their installer as he only did half the job and promised he would come back to fix it and is now not responding to my calls or texts. I paid over $300 for them to install and the job is not finished. I also tried to claim the cash back deal on the purchase and have not received anything back and its past the due date - no email no call no nothing. Will be avoiding Good Guys from now on thats for sure. Feel totally ripped off and now need to pay someone to finish the job. NOT HAPPY JAN!!! Formal complaint to Management will be forthcoming

Good to have a double oven

Very good, except the door seal doesn't seem right. Steam escapes.

The oven is okay and seems to do what it is told but I am totally dismayed to find that it is made in China. I did not want to purchase a Chinese made appliance. I checked out a lot of ovens online and settled on this one when I found I could not fit a Westinghouse into my oven space and when I read, on appliancesonline.com.au, it was made in Italy. I believe, Good Guys, that you, and others, should prominently display where items are made on your web pages. The GGs service was excellent from original purchase through to delivery. The delivery company was excellent in communication, promptness, friendliness and politeness.
