Bought the oven and cooktop. After 1 month the cooktop has stopped working.

The oven heat stays within the oven the temperature control is very good the heat stays in the oven and does not over heat the kitchen very clean cooking cooking oven

It looks good and was easy to install, has only basic functions but it's sufficient for my purpose, however was confused about the 3 dials - my old over operates without the requirement of turning the timer on so I thought the Omega over was faulty when the temperature and function dials were turned on but no light was on! My sister accidentally turned the timer on then both lights were on. For any new customers please remember the timer must be turned on before the oven works!

I only got this product around one month ago, so far so good but when I purchase it I thought it's the same brand as my old one and the width and height are the same as well. I didn't realize the depth is longer than my old one so the oven comes out about 1 centimeter from the cabinet.
