Excellent upgrade to the "old" 50-200
The old 50-200 lens was a wonderful performer, and the SWD version does not disappoint. It continues to be solidly constructed and its focus is fast and accurate. My only complaint is the new lens hood makes packing it more difficult, but I appreciate the cut out for polarizer access that the new...
Pros:
- Very fast and accurate focusing
Cons:
- The new lens hood makes fitting into many camera bags more challenging.
