Bulky and uncomfortable compared to my much cheaper Plantronics earpiece. Disappointed to find that it can only connect to one Bluetooth device, so in order to use and still be hands free with my phone as well, needing to wear an earpiece in each year. No more accurate than Plantronics, so returned to vendor. Was expecting something special for that price.
