Game arrived in reasonable time in excellent condition. The packaging was superb. As for the game itself, I think it's the best strategy game on PS4. It's a historical simulation with a lot of class. Will buy from this website again.

Nobunaga's Ambition: Sphere of Influence PS4 Review

Months of meticulous planning. Developing the five bases my clan started with. Pumping money into developing the bases conscripts would increase the size of my army which would be essential in the upcoming battles.

Nobunaga's Ambition Sphere of Influence - Ascension

I found myself with the opportunity to play Nobunaga's Ambition Sphere of Influence - Ascension on the Playstation 4 recently. Family Friendly Gaming was sent a digital download code for this political game set in ancient Japan.

Nobunaga's Ambition: Sphere of Influence - Ascension

Considering Koei Tecmo's love of yearly installments, I wasn't expecting much in terms of new content in 'Nobunaga's Ambition: Sphere of Influence - Ascension.' I figured it would simply be more of the same strategy gameplay that fans have come to expect from the series, but I was pleasantly...

Good, but steep learning curve

If you like strategy games like Nobunaga's Ambition or Romance of the Three Kingdoms, then this will be what you are expecting. There is no instruction book, and the tutorial is inadequate for how indepth the game is.

Nobunaga's Ambition: Sphere of Influence (PS4)

The Nobunaga's Ambition series has been around since 1983 and Nobunaga's Ambition Sphere of Influence was originally released in Japan on its 30th anniversary. It didn't reach Western shores until late 2015.

In-depth and fun strategy game

Complicated interface takes some adjusting to; limited voice acting

Fun and deep.

If Total War and Civilisation V had a baby, this would be the result.

"Too slow"

Too slow too much to learn instructions are in a small box at the top of the screen OK if you're up close with an LCD screen but sitting back watching it on a TV is not helpful

Ambition without guidance is a moth drawn to flame: Nobunaga's Ambition: Sphere of Influence – Ascension review

Nobunaga's Ambition: Sphere of Influence - Ascension is a very deep, complex, and well made game with high quality experiences from the lowest to the highest level of rule in Feudal Japan. It is also a tease, showing you all of this quality without taking the time to actually explain itself.

Complex; layered gameplay; Wealth of historical events to play; Nice graphics; sound; and music; Very fun warring mode

Hard to learn; understand; Very bad camera controls; Poor menu design
