This is a game changer for ice desserts
I have tried a number of ice cream churners and always found them to be too large, or slow or fiddly. The Ninja Creami is a game changer - something as simple as a tin of crushed pineapple is transformed into a very smooth and delicious sorbet (I added a few leaves of mint to mine). Still working towards more dairy-based desserts, but am very excited with what it has produced so far. The appliance is not a bench hog but is likely to be a bit tricky to hide in a cupboard as it is quite tall. There is no denying that it is noisy for the 1-2 minutes of processing time and so there is no way to stealth create your ice treat. Once it has been processed, it mostly seems to stay fairly soft and creamy, so you can reasonably process your treat early and enjoy it whenever you want. It can leave a thin layer of unprocessed mixture against the side and bottom of the container if that matters to you, just avoid scooping it into your bowl.
