I just started using the lens this week. It was so easy to use but have to be extra careful not to get too close to human subject. Fun also to use during party.

I had a buddy of mine come over this weekend. He's a freelance stock photographer in Toledo and he b
F/2.8 aperture; 180 degree angle of view; FULL frame fisheye vs.
plastic construction
Excellent product.
On Nikon DX D-SLRs, the crop factor puts this lens at around a 16mm full-frame equivalent, but it boasts a 180º angle of view making it much ‘˜wider' than a normal wide-angle.The lens performed well on test with fast, accurate AF that very rarely suffered from hunting.
This lens, like all fish-eye lens, is all about understanding where it will be at its best. I love to use it in big spaces. The bigger the space, the less noticeable the lens will be without editing.
Small; sharp; predictable; well built

This diagonal fisheye lens for DX format SLRs offers a 180 degree angle of view from corner to corner, a bright f/2.8 maximum aperture, a minimum focus distance of 14cm and costs around £525.
While I hope to create a full Nikon 10.5mm f/2.8G AF DX Fisheye Lens, my first priority is to include results from this lens in the lens comparison tools available on the site. What a great lens. Don't listen to people that tag this lens as a lens that is exclusive to skateboarder/snowboarder photography. This is a great lens that allows you to take some pretty unbelievable shots.
f/2.8 maximum aperature; sharp..even wide open; ultra-wide
Build quality left wanting; don't lose your lens cap
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Consistent Output; Durable; Easily Interchangeable; Lightweight; Quick Focus; Sharp Focus
Difficult to Clean
I already had a superwide for my D300, but when a friend had to sell this lens in a hurry so his wife would let him buy some other lens, I purchased it for only $250. This lens is really sharp and might be one of the best fisheyes built with respect to optics.
Great DX Fisheye that can be shaved and work well on FX; This is pro-level glass in my opinion and a lot of fun
The only con might be that people sometimes overuse a fisheye for it's distortion
