Fantastic lens to use with electronic shutter on Nikon 1 V2
I bought this lens primarily to shoot birds in flight since my Nikon 1 V2 doesn't do a good job in that regard with the FT-1 adapter. It is simply outstanding for this purpose. I have been using the electronic shutter at 15, 30 and 60 frames per second and have gotten wonderful results capturing...

Really Great!
This is a great lens. The quality is quite good and pixilation doesn't increase when you zoom in. Overall very satisfied with the overall performance of the lens would recommend to anyone looking into upgrading the zoom on their camera.

Excellent lens for your Nikon 1
This lens is my new favorite for taking pictures of people and distant subjects. At this special low price for the Khaki model I'd grab one while they are still available.
Pros:
- I have a Nikon 1 V1 camera
- In addition to the 10-30 mm Zoom that came with the camera I have also acquired the 18.5 mm fixed, and the 10-100 mm power zoom
- The 10-100 mm power Zoom is a great lens for doing video with a tripod but it's very heavy and not something you want to carry around all day...
Cons:
- The Khaki lens barrel color does not look good with models like the red Nikon 1
- Lens is a bit slow when fully extended (f/5.6) so best used outdoors, with flash, or with strong indoor lighting

it fits perfectly in my expectations. Pictures taken have a higher quality. I am quite satisfied. The only negative issue was the lens be white and the body of my Nikon 1 is black. The lens should also be black.

I was sooooo happy!!
I was sooooo happy!!!! using my new zoom.... until I got into an airplane....by when I realized where my camera was, it was too late.....I lost it...I call everywhere, the airport lost and found, the airline....you name it.......My biggest mistake: I didn't put a name tag on in it.....
