Nikon is currently celebrating its 100th year in the photographic industry, and its extremely impressive resume includes both the first professional SLR to feature autofocus (1988's Nikon F4) and the first SLR camera to record video (the D90, released in 2008).

The latest addition to Nikon's DSLR arsenal is one of the biggest revamps we've seen on the D7000 series cameras. The Nikon D7500 is a great DSLR that performs amazingly under both low-light and bright light conditions.
Pros:
- Great Picture Quality
- Rugged Build
- Snappy controls
- Very fast and Accurate autofocus in well-lit conditions
- Long lasting battery life
- Excellent touch response
Cons:
- Slightly bulky
- No NFC connectivity
- Only Single SD card slot

Nikon refreshed its mid-range DSLR line up this April with the introduction of the D7500. This DX-format DSLR succeeds the D7200 and brings much-needed features such as faster focusing and 4K video recording in a package that costs under Rs. 1,00,000.
Pros:
- Image and video quality similar to that of the D500
- SnapBridge is useful
- Good feature set
- 4K video support
- Decent battery life
Cons:
- No second SD card slot
- Slow autofocus in live view
- A bit bulky

Amazing camera!
My husband bought me this to help me get started in the world of photography and the quality is amazing, even on auto whilst I'm learning about adjusting the iso, aperture and shutter speed! Very nice layout, easy to use and has some great features!!

Nikon D7500 – a solid all-rounder for enthusiast photographers
The Nikon D7500 is a DSLR designed for enthusiast photographers. With a 20.9-megapixel DX format sensor and 8fps shooting, it sits between the D5600 and the D500 in Nikon's range, and costs around £1300 for the body only.

Best of all, many of the interior components that helped make the D500 such a great camera have been included in the D7500. Importantly, the D7500 has both the same image sensor and image processor as the D500, which results in excellent image quality across the board.
Pros:
- Excellent image quality in all shooting conditions
- Slightly smaller and lighter camera body than most DSLRs
- 4K video recording capability
- Large and sharp 3.2-inch LCD screen that also tilts and has touch capabilities
- 8 frames per second burst shooting mode
- Buffer holds more than 100 JPEG images...
Cons:
- ISO performance in extended range isn't really usable
- Some noticeable noise at high native ISO settings
- Only one memory card slot
- JPEG images occasionally seem a little overprocessed
- Video recording options are a bit limited and performance could be better
- Focusing is slow when shooting in Live...

Nikon D7500

Pros:
- New carbon fiber body is light, compact and very comfortable
- Same excellent image quality as the flagship D500
- Quick 8.2 frames per second burst shooting with generous buffer
- Very fast, accurate autofocus
- Tilting touch-screen display
- Very good battery life
- Records ultra high-def 4K and 60fps...
Cons:
- White balance tends warm under incandescent lights
- Only a single flash card slot
- Doesn't support portrait / battery grip accessories
- No rear infrared receiver any more
- non-CPU AI lenses will be manual only
- 4K video comes with a heavy crop
- Movie AF is prone to hunting, Extended ISO...

Nikon D7500 Review: The Best DSLR Under $1,500
On paper, it might seem like the Nikon D7500 is a step back from its predecessor, the D7200. The D7500 has fewer megapixels (20 MP, as opposed to 24 MP in the D7200), lacks a second card slot and doesn't work with older lenses.

The Nikon D7500 hits the mark with speedy performance and 4K video
The Nikon D7500 is a solid performer that can tackle a number of different subjects with ease. The D7500 doesn't have the speed of the D500, but offers excellent performance for a lower price and offers excellent image quality from the APS-C category as well.
Pros:
- Excellent speed and performance
- Solid image quality
- Tilting LCD screen
- Plenty of physical controls
- 4K video
- Weather sealing
Cons:
- No dual SD card slots
- Bluetooth connectivity issues
- Slightly lower resolution than the D7200
