Nikon Coolpix S3000
The Nikon Coolpix S3000 is a slimline pocket sized digital camera. Apart from its small size the biggest attraction is likely to be its ease of use. This is also one of the cheapest pocket cameras available from one of the big name brands.
Pros:
- Ease of use - 3 inch LCD screen - High Definition movies - colours - shutter lag times
Cons:
- Macro mode - shutter lag with flash

Nikon Coolpix S3000
The S3000 is pretty good for a cheap point-and-shoot camera, as long as you keep photo quality expectations in check considering its price.
Pros:
- Incredibly slim and compact
- Reasonable image quality for the price
- Pleasing design
Cons:
- Electronic rather than optical image stabilisation
- Some images look over-processed

It's a decent camera I reckon...nice and compact too which I love.
Pros:
- There are plenty of options in the settings
- I have had no problems taking photos indoors and outdoors
- night and day.
Cons:
- the red eye feature doesn't always work
- but no biggie

Nikon Coolpix s3000 Camera
I've totally given up on buying batteries for my old digital camera . So I proceeded to use my DSLR cam. I tried uploading heavy files online, but it was apparently too big for the site to handle and my laptop had no image editing software to scale down the size of the photos.

Nikon Coolpix S3000
Announced in February 2011, the Coolpix S3100 is aimed at users who want a shirt-pocket-sized camera that makes life simple. So simple, that while there are 18 scene modes to choose from, the S3100 has an Auto Scene Selector mode, so even this decision can be left to the camera.
Pros:
- Stylish
- slim and pocket-sized
- Easy to use point-and-shoot
Cons:
- Closest focus 10cm in macro
- LCD has limited viewing angle
- limited control for enthusiasts
