Littlewoods sent me a second hand router.

As the title says. Got the router, tried connecting, wouldn't work. So I went onto the Netgear website to speak to them. To do so, I had to register the product. Turns out the serial number was already registered. So I've obviously been sent a second hand, broken product. Buy at your own risk.
