I brought this as a gift for my son, its so compact you hardly know its there. Its easy to use which was the reason I brought it and my son loves it! The only problem that I didnt research, which is on me and also thinking that climate change would be a main factor for all companies now, their pods are not recyclable very disappointed and reason for 3 stars

We had an older version of this & decided to update it, LOVE the improvements, especially the new slim line design. I love hot chocolates & the rest of the family love coffee & this machine does both very easily without cross contamination. Loved it so much I bought another one for my business.
