Girl Fight

Your first reaction to seeing a Girl Fight review is probably "uh, that game came out?" As it seems like it's been in development forever, the second response might be "what took so long?

+ Special ability customization is a nice touch

? When will dubstep game music go away forever

Need For Speed: Shift reviewed (360, PS3)

The Need For Speed franchise has had a serious overhaul and with the latest version just released we have a look at how it compares to the other racers that are out there. We can nearly all say quite confidently that the last few versions of the Need For Speed franchise have been not up to scratch.

Need for Speed Shift

After the below par Need for Speed: ProStreet and Need for Speed: Undercover , EA isn't prepared to weigh anchor and calmly abandon its once popular racer franchise. The latest NFS game marks a fresh start for a series.

Definitely a better experience than both Pro Street & Undercover; enough cars; events and tracks to keep you occupied for days; the reward system works well in multiplayer and single-player

In the end not much of a challenge; still not the comeback we were hoping for; certainly hasn't restored the series' former glory

Need for Speed Shift

Need for Speed has been through more changes and revamps than Joan Rivers; this time bring a authentic approach to the series. NFS Shift combines real physics, tracks, amazing car models to bring a whole new approach to the series.

Amazing Visuals; Great Leap for the NFS Series; Great Cockpit View

Soundtrack; Difficulty; Too many variations in the NFS franchise

Need for Speed Shift

is the latest entry in the long-running racing series from Electronic Arts (EA). Driving experience is phenomenal; Career mode never gets old; Complete car customization

No tutorial for drifting; No split-screen multiplayer; Little incentive to buy more cars

Need for Speed: Shift

The last couple Need for Speed games haven't exactly been what one would call stellar. After the pathetic quality of Pro Street and Undercover, most

Intense racing action; Stimulating cockpit view; All events aren't required; Brings the series back on-track

Poor racing AI; Online and customization lacking; Tuning glitch impairs gameplay; High learning curve for drifting

The need to own this game has finally returned. The Need for Speed series has […]

+ Gorgeous visuals; + Great sense of speed; + Excellent balance; + Dashboard camera

Review: Shift 2 Unleashed

The more serious side of the Need for Speed franchise is rolled out for its second run. Jaz Rignall gets under the hood.

Exciting racing action; Very dynamic visual presentation; Excellent car customization options; Fun, once you get the game set up right for you.

Shift 2 Unleashed Review

" Shift 2 Unleashed " is a really inconsistent game that troubles me. Some races I want to give the game a 10; it can be a resounding triumph that simulates what being in an actual race would be like.

Shift 2 Unleashed

One and a half years ago, Need For Speed: Shift gave that series some much-needed variety with a sim-styled take on racing. It was a pretty good racer that took a little bit of something from every major racing series, in a good way, and rewarded players in pretty much countless ways to constantly...
