Very slow ... a lot of bugs when you play online .... the game play is poor and the AI is stupid. It's not like FIFA or NFL that these are good products.

If you enjoyed NHL 15 or any of the previous versions, do not purchase this game under any circumstances, it will ruin your experience completely. While the new features were nice and needed, they completely neglected the actual game play. Here are the reasons why you should not purchase the game.

Brilliant Game!

There's a lot to like about NHL 16. EA Canada has worked diligently to bring back almost all of the features that were missing last year, with Be a Pro and EASHL being notably improved.

After a brutal new-gen console debut last year that suffered from underwhelming gameplay, missing modes, and a general lack of creative vision, developer EA Canada needed to come out strong this year to prove it still has what it takes to make a relevant hockey game.

, but the bottom line is that it will forever be known as an entry in the series that broke new ground for presentation while forgetting all of the features and modes that make the series great.

NHL 16 puts EA Sports' hockey series back on track after a disastrous outing . Almost all the modes and features that were missing at NHL 15 's launch have returned, with minor improvements to some and major overhauls to others.

Heading back to the ice, after perhaps putting off some returning fans of NHL due to abysmal release of NHL 15, d oes NHL 16 regain what the series once had or has it " puck'd " out

All core modes return; EASHL returns and is improved; The visuals are so realistic and atmosphere is fantastic; Be a Pro has been improved overall for the better

EA Sports has dominated the virtual hockey world with its NHL series, but NHL 15 stood out as a disappointment for hockey game fans. A number of features were removed from the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of the game, and thus the overall experience suffered.

NHL 16 was a fantastic game. I really enjoyed playing with my favorite team (Detroit Red Wings) against other people online. I highly recommend this game to hockey lovers everywhere!
