NBA Live 15

A good basketball coach will always drill into his team that the most important thing they can do is practice their fundamentals. Basics like dribbling, shooting, and moving around the court.

Pick & Roll; Improved Visuals

Weird Shot Timing; Clumsy Controls; Stiff Animationss

NBA Live 15 Review

Where 2K15 overwhelms me still with its plethora of gaming modes and malleability in almost every respect, Live 15 underwhelms as a ho-hum basketball title that continues to ride the coat tails of its competitor and its past.

Like an obstreperous child, NBA Live 15 is not bad, but it can be hard to love. Its real impact will have to be measured later, in the bar it sets for successive editions and whether they clear that.

NBA Live 15 Review – Taking It to the Rim With Authority (PS4)

Upon starting the game for the the first time, you'll be introduced to the game's tutorial mode called "Learn Live." This will load up while the game is still installing so you won't have to wait long to get started on your drills.

Improved graphics and player models; Player animations are top notch; Your Rising Star gets into the starting rotation quickly; If you like hip-hop; the soundtrack is great

Offensive spacing seems a bit cramped at times; Steals and blocks are fairly easy; Transitions can be a little too quick; If you don't like hip-hop; you'll turn off most of the songs

Still In Rebuilding Mode

After last year's dreadful reboot of NBA Live, EA Sports acknowledged its shortcomings while reaffirming its dedication to simulation basketball. That patience will be tested for at least another year, because though NBA Live 15 makes some crucial strides on the hardcourt, the series still has a...

NBA Live 15 Review

EA's catalog of sports titles has been superb over recent years. FIFA has reigned supreme for what seems like forever, Madden - although uncontested - has always improved, and the addition of the UF

Pick and Roll is great; Freestyle passing returns

Jump shots have inconsistent mechanics; Teammate AI is poor; Tall players feel overpowered

NBA Live 15 Review

EA's return to basketball last year felt like a labor of obligation, shabbily patched together and pushed out the door. If this year's goal were simply "make a better game," NBA Live 15 checks that box--but that doesn't make it a good basketball experience.

Players look good up close; Enough features to keep you busy for dozens of hours

Unrefined shooting; Defense is boring and often too easy; Looks dated in motion

Figured I would stray from 2k and try out this game, worst decision ever. To start, My Career is a joke, your player starts off being able to drop 20ppg easily. The rating system for your performance regularly doesn't count assists, rebounds or other things.
