Awful
Im new to this game type only got it because i enjoyed NFL games but this was a mistake, the game is shocking unless you actually follow the sport. Defence? what defence? shooting is horrid unless your the computer. Im obviously doing something wrong because a game cannot be this bad..

Best basketball game ever made
NBA2k11 is just simple the best basketball game ever made, period. Not sure why gamespot gave it only an 8 because if you read the user reviews and other player reviews it is at least a 9/10, if not a 9.5 The AI has improved greatly compared to other games, now you can't just do the same movements...

great nba game with MJ
Really nice game, you feel like your watching it live, playing classic MJ game is great, custom shoes, custom free throw style, ball handling, move, dunk, dunk contest, special event during the season etc. It is great.

NBA 2K11
Brilliant sports simulation! Far more entertaining and gripping than any of the other sports sims currently available. The game play it self is fun and challenging combined with good game play graphics and intuitive controls made a game a barely put down!

NBA 2k11
NBA 2k11 has really improved from 2K10 with its great online features and the reason why i play this is because of its FLAWLESS My Player mode. I also love the great late game moments. My only concern was the Jordan challenge. It was extremely hard to finish it!

The game overall is a great game but not worth 5 stars because of the online modes. They just take too long to find a game and even when you do they do not last the full game. They need to fix their servers and then it will be a 5 star game.

Good buy even for £39 brand new
I have been into basketball for longer than i can remember and consider myself a fan,player,historian so i know exactly what i want from a game of this type and nba 2k11 delivers pretty highly on all fronts with the graphics, gameplay and enjoyment you get from this game pouring in.

2K12 release later , if you haven't tried 2K Basketball series , try 2K11! it's 18.88 USD now! you can online and play with your friends together ! why do you still in doubt , take your credits card out! =D

This game really was a big let down for me, and it took me several hours of frustrating gameplay to nail down what bothered me so much about it. I'm a long standing fan of the NBA Live series, but thought I would give 2k 11 a chance.

NBA 2K11 Is Great!
This fun basketball game is worth the money. It is great when playing against a friend that is next to you. The graphics are good; the commentary gets boring over time, same old same old. I really like all the jersey options that they make available for every team.

- bad 3 point contest and dunk contest
