If you don't know the theme yet, you are a cop who is murdered and while dead must uncover clues about your killer as well as many other little side missions. It is a third-person perspective game and in the mystery-drama genre. It is not an action game at all and focuses on story and style.

Murdered : Soul Suspect is based on you being a ghost, a quite unique point of view in videogames (a little less if you think of movies of series), giving you abilities such as eavesdropping, mind influence, going through walls, and a few others, which is very refreshing and without doubt original...

Soul Suspect is a game that borrows from many other games like TellTale's Walking Dead and even Quantic Dream Beyond Two Souls. It's game play has very familiar point and click (push) game play and is very narrative driven.

Boring

Good Game with a decent storyline. Could have been a bit longer as I finished it within the day I received it. If you are looking for a game to pass a few hours whilst other games may have a longer wait, then I would recommend this.

The game was a little shorter than I would've liked (yes, even including the side-quests) but the story gripped me throughout. I would expect nothing less from Square!

Good point and click game. Really not hard if you only want to finish the game, but can be a challenge if you want to collect every single parts of journal, souvenirs, etc. Because there's a lot of stuff to collect. The story is ok, the graphics are good on PS4, but some character looks too generic.

I've seen a lot of bad reviews about this game mainly about the lack of shooting (there is none but you do have to kill demons). You are a ghost detective trying to solve your own murder buy finding clues and possessing witnesses. It becomes a very addictive and enjoyable game.
